2024 OPEN BOOK HOURS

Please take notice that the Village of Albany will be holding Open Book Hours for the 2023 Assessment Roll on Thursday, April 25, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. via phone at 1-920-749-1995.  Open Book meetings can be held by phone, email, or internet video conferencing.  You may call and if the assessor is not available at the time of your call, please leave a message with your name, phone number, municipality and they will make every effort to return your call within 24 hours.   You may contact the assessor at the following:

2024 BOARD OF REVIEW HOURS

If you are not able to reach an understanding at the Open Book with the Assessor, you may call up to 3 days prior to the Board of Review to schedule your Board of Review meeting.  Property owners may review and examine the 2023 proposed property assessment roll and discuss their concerns with the village assessor at the Board of Review.  Unresolved 2023 assessment matters can be brought to the 2024 Board of Review, which is scheduled for Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at 6-8 p.m. in the Albany Village Hall at 206 North Water Street, Albany, WI 53502.  Objection forms must be completed to appear before the Board of Review; appointments are requested.  Call 1-920-749-1995 for appointment.
