The Albany Municipal Court handles local traffic and ordinance violations.
All Court Sessions are held in the Village Hall located at 206 North Water Street, Albany, Wisconsin53502 on the third Saturday of every month. Scheduled trials are held the fourth Saturday of every month. Court starts at 10:00 a.m.

If you do not pay your forfeiture according to your payment schedule, the Albany Municipal Court could impose any of the following penalties: 1-year driver’s license suspension, Green County Warrant or submission to the State Debt Collection.
