The current Municipal Court Judge is A.B. Runaas.

Responsibilities
The Albany Municipal Court handles local traffic and ordinance violations.

Court Sessions
All Court Sessions are held in the Village Hall located at 206 North Water Street, Albany, Wisconsin53502 on the third Saturday of every month.  Court starts at 10:00 a.m.  Scheduled trials are held the fourth Saturday of every month.  Trial times vary and you will be notified of you time on your Notice of Trial.

Payments
Payments can be made by cash, check, money order, cashier’s checks and credit cards.  Mail payments to the above address.

To pay by credit card go to www.allpaid.com or call 1-888-604-7888.  Use Pay Location Code (PLC) #7753.  You can make payments 24 hours a day/7 days a week and they accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Debit Cards.  Please Note:  A service fee is charged for the transaction through GovPayNow.

If you do not pay your forfeiture according to your payment schedule, the Albany Municipal Court could impose any of the following penalties:  1-year driver’s license suspension, Green County Warrant or submission to the State Debt Collection.
